1. Clean up the soil on the surface of the Excavator and check whether the fasteners are loose.

2. If the Mini Excavator is not used in winter, it should be properly kept and maintained. Only by using it again can it play a better role;

3. Run the air-conditioning system once a month, let the cab warm up first, and then let the refrigerant circulate in the air-conditioning system for a week, so that the sealing ring of the air-conditioning system maintains a certain thickness of oil film to prevent refrigerant leakage. Check whether the electric control switch of the excavator is normal;

4. The air filter cannot be disassembled. After igniting with cotton yarn dipped in diesel oil, it can be put into the intake pipe to start the ignition. In this way, the outside dusty air is directly sucked into the cylinder without filtering when starting, causing abnormal wear of pistons, cylinders and other parts, and also causing the diesel engine to run unstable and damage the machine.

5. Serious consequences of low temperature load operation: it will cause serious wear and tear of the machine. Therefore, after the diesel engine starts to ignite in winter, it should be idling at low and medium speeds for a few minutes, and then put into load operation after the temperature of the cooling water reaches 63 °C.
