First of all, if possible, the small excavator should be placed at a higher position when loading, and the truck should be parked at almost the same height as the working surface. If it is consistent with the previous height, the operating efficiency can be increased by 40%.
Second, when the bucket cylinder and the connecting rod, the head rod cylinder and the head rod are all at 90°, the force of each cylinder to push the excavator is greater.
The third point is that for excavation on natural ground, the floor angle of the bucket or ripper should be kept at about 30°, and the stick should be retracted. When the stick is close to vertical, the force of the stick is greater and can carry more loads.
The fourth point, when digging at the beginning, do not extend the stick to the maximum range, and the effect is better starting from about 80%. (When the stick has a large range of action, the digging force of the stick is small, making it difficult to dig). Novices should pay more attention to this point.
The fifth point is the digging range of the stick: the angle of the stick from 45° on the far side to 30° on the inside. There is a slight difference due to the depth of excavation, but the boom and bucket should be operated within this range, and should not be operated to the end of the stroke of the cylinder.
Sixth, many masters are used to not locking the door when driving an excavator (the door of the excavator cab has a lock when it is closed, and there is a lock when it is opened), and they are used to holding the door frame. When the excavator is going downhill or getting off the trailer, many drivers will habitually push the left hand on the front windshield or door frame, and operate the excavator with the right hand. At this time, if the door is open and not locked, due to the forward tilt of the fuselage, the door will be closed quickly due to gravity, usually with a lot of force. If you put your hand on the door frame, you will be caught. Very serious consequences.
Seventh point, many novices or apprentices will raise the boom of the excavator to the highest point, fully open the stick, and the bucket will be facing the sky in order to have a better view. Actually walking like this is very dangerous, because the working device is held high, so the center of gravity is high, and the vehicle will overturn if the ground is slightly uneven.
Eighth point, the cab of the excavator is on the left side, and the view is blocked by the arm in the middle, so there is a large blind spot on the right side, especially the rear side on the right side. Many excavator accidents are due to the rotation of the right side of the tail, causing people to be injured or killed! Therefore, when working in a site that is not very wide, the excavator should be kept to the left as much as possible to leave more space on the right side.
Ninth point, during the use of small excavators, one must prevent overloading at low temperatures to ensure normal operation in the low-speed preheating stage, so that the
Mini Excavators can drive or work after reaching the specified temperature. Second, prevent the
mini excavator from operating at high temperature. During the operation of the
Mini Excavator, check the values on various thermometers frequently, stop the machine immediately for inspection if any problem is found, and eliminate the fault in time.
Tenth point, the size and nature of the working load of the mini excavator has an important influence on the loss process of the mini excavator. In general, the wear of parts increases proportionally with the load. Wear increases when a part is subjected to higher than average design loads. In addition, when other conditions are the same, the stable load has less wear, less failure and lower life than the dynamic load. Ensuring normal working load mainly depends on the operator's use of the mini excavator.
